Scanning probe of atomic-force microscope with separable remote-controlled nanocomposite emitting element doped with quantum points, upconverting and magnetic nanoparticles of core-shell structure, includes two-layer carbon nanotube, magnetically transparent cantilever with an electrically conducting probing needle passed into a carbon nanotube of small diameter, which is embedded into a larger diameter nanotube, the outer surface of which is fixed in a magnetically transparent glass sphere containing through nanosized pores of small and larger diameter, from which nanopores of large diameter are filled with magnetic nanoparticles of core-shell structure with same direction of orientation of poles, quantum points of core-shell structure, on the outer side coated with a protective optically and magnetically transparent polymer layer, a C-shaped synchronous-aligning bracket synchronized with the movable probing needle, on which first and second external magnetic field sources are fixed and directed to center of magnetically transparent glass sphere in form of first and second flat micro-coils arranged optically and magnetically transparent substrates and connected to outputs of first and second DAC, also contains upconverting nanoparticles of core-shell structure, diameter of which is less than diameter of magnetic nanoparticles of core-shell structure, but larger than diameter of quantum points of nucleus-shell structure, first and second excitation sources of upconverting nanoparticles, fixed on opposite sides of C-shaped synchronous-centering bracket and optical axes of which are directed to center of magnetically transparent glass sphere, small through pores of which are made with cone-shaped inputs, in center of which there arranged are upconverting nanoparticles of core-shell structure, around spherical surface of hemisphere of each of which there are quantum points of core-shell structure without exit of their shells behind spherical surface of magnetically transparent glass sphere.;EFFECT: invention enables scanning of nanowells whose depth is tens of times greater than the length of the probing needle, a stable spectrum of electromagnetic radiation in the optical range, with simultaneous measurement of electrical characteristics which vary in this stimulating effect.;1 cl, 3 dwg
