FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used to increase productivity of producing or injecting capacity of injection wells, namely as a method of hydraulic fracturing of oil, gas or gas-condensate formation (HF) using a light proppant propping agent. HF is carried out using a proppant-propping agent which is a material from a metathesis-radically cross-linked mixture of oligocyclopentadienes. Perforation is performed in zone with maximum oil and gas saturation. HF is carried out in four stages, where at the first stage, service water is pumped with density equal to density of material from metathesis-radically cross-linked mixture of oligocyclopentadienes. At second step, when distance from perforation interval to upper water-flooded interlayer is less than 3 m, pumping of service water with density higher than density of material from metathesis-radically cross-linked mixture of oligocyclopentadienes or pumping petroleum distillate, in the case where the distance from perforation interval to the bottom water-flooded interlayer is less than 3 m, with the addition of proppant in amount of 1/3 of its total weight, with a gradual increase of the mass concentration in mixture of 40 to 300 kg/m3. At the third stage, service water is pumped with density equal to density of material from metathesis-radically cross-linked mixture of oligocyclopentadienes, with addition of remaining 2/3 of total weight of proppant calculated for pumping. Proppant particles are added to the process water with a gradual increase of the mass concentration of 300 to 800 kg/m3. At the fourth stage, the mixture of liquid and proppant is pumped with process water with density equal to the density of the material from the metathesis-radically cross-linked mixture of oligocyclopentadienes in the volume equal to the volume of the well to upper holes of the perforation.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of oil-, gas- or gas-condensate recovery after HF performance due to selective perforation of the formation in the zone with maximum oil or gas saturation and controlled development of crack HF in height.;1 cl, 3 ex
