FIELD: mixing devices.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing devices comprising several consecutively arranged mixers of different operating mode, and relates to mixing of liquid-phase systems, including those which are a dispersion medium and disperse phase, as well as to activation of properties and recombination of said systems. Device for improving quality of diesel fuel consists of three series-installed sections, housing of second section is made of diamagnetic material, on the outside of which there is a magnetic amplifier, inside of which there is a constant magnetic field generator, which magnetic power lines are aligned with the direction of fuel flow, at the same time in the center of the section inside the housing there is additionally installed an insert with magnets of arbitrary shape and sizes placed in it.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of engine fuel treatment.;1 cl, 2 dwg
