METHOD FOR INTRAOPERATIVE FIXATION OF A PILONIDAL CYST AND ITS ELEMENTS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery, and can be used in surgical management of a pilonidal disease. Method consists in suturing the median midline line of the intergluteal fold with seizure of subcutaneous fat, a pilonidal cyst, primary fistulous passage, secondary fistulous passages, primary fistulous opening, secondary fistulous holes within the boundaries of the proposed resection of the pathologically changed skin area with subsequent fixation of ligatures on the surgical clamp and traction of the clamping by the surgeon's assistant.;EFFECT: method improves visualization of excision boundaries of pathologically changed skin-fat flap and, as a result, enables reducing intraoperative complications, as well as reduced time of surgical intervention due to the fact that fixation of the resected portion of the skin-fat flap is performed once in the beginning of the operation.;1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
