Method of treatment of bottomhole formation zone with terrigenous type of reservoir includes well killing with aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with content of 0.1–16.0 wt%, which is pumped in amount of 1.0–1.5 pore volumes, reduced pressure in well for carryover of reaction products from bottomhole formation zone and well, treatment of bottomhole formation zone by device for generation of elastic resonance pulses without holding for process pause, pumping of acid solution, development of well and further pumping of water solution of hydrophobizator ETN PKD-515 into quantity in amount 1.0–2.0 of pore volume with concentration of 0.01–3.5 wt%. Acid solution contains, wt%: 24 % solution of inhibited hydrochloric acid 5.0–17.5; acetic acid 0.1–15.0; ammonium bifluoride – 0.5–21.0; non-ionic surfactant OP-10 0.1–4.0; Trilon "B" 0.1–5.0; fresh water – balance.;EFFECT: increasing productivity and flow rate of oil production wells, increasing permeability of bottomhole formation zone, increasing rate of hydrocarbons extraction from deposit, current and final oil recovery coefficients.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
