METHOD OF SKIN-BONE RECONSTRUCTION OF ULNAR EDGE OF HAND

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to reconstructive hand surgery. On the foot, a complex of tissues on an arteriovenous pedicle is selected, the composition of which includes a deep branch of the fibular nerve, a posterior adipo-dermal flap and a fragment of the second metatarsal bone. Then complex of tissues is transferred into formed soft-tissue bed. Required length of the elbow counter-support branch is restored by an avascular bone graft placed between the blood-supplied transplant and metacarpal stalks. Adipo-dermal flap is placed on the palmar-radial surface of the formed counter-support branch. Deep branch of the fibular nerve is sutured together with a skin branch of the ulnar nerve with preservation of connections with an arteriovenous pedicle.;EFFECT: method provides reconstruction of ulnar edge of hand, adequate blood supply of transplanted tissues and obtaining stable anatomical and functional results due to use of reinnervated cutaneous flap of transplanted graft.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
