FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: protector for hydraulic protection of submersible oil-filled electric motor relates to the field of electric machine engineering, in particular to devices of hydraulic protection of immersed oil-filled electric motors intended for driving of pumps used in oil industry for oil production with formation fluid. Tread comprises a cylindrical body with flanges for connection to a pump and an electric motor. Shaft with lower and upper end seals is installed along housing axis. Between them there is a hydrodynamic axial support unit of the shaft made with possibility of hydraulic connection to an oil-filled cavity of the electric motor, consisting of a foot in the form of a hub rigidly fixed on the shaft. Middle part of the hub is made in the form of a disk. On the body there is a rigidly fixed blast bearing, which is conjugated with the upper surface of the disk part of the hub, and the centre plate conjugated with the lower surface of the disk part of the hub, installed with a gap with the hub. On the outer surface of the hub the right helical multistart thread is made, and on the surface of the centre plate hole conjugate to it the left screw multi-thread is made. Gap between these parts is not more than 0.2 mm. On the end surface of the disk part of the hub there are made through holes symmetrically located parallel to the shaft axis and provided with embedded calibrated jets.;EFFECT: automatic adjustment of load-carrying capacity is provided depending on the operating mode of the pump and, most importantly, on the pump shaft rpm.;1 cl, 2 dwg
