FIELD: furnaces.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reverberatory furnace for aluminum scrap remelting. Furnace for remelting of aluminum scrap contains a housing, placed on welded frame with welded to it steel box, having heat insulation between it and each wall, and formed by fire-resistant external side, front and rear end walls, accumulation bath and inclined platform confined by hearth and walls, arch with two heat-insulation mullite glass-fiber layers on top of which there is a layer with heat-insulating coating, working and slag windows with shutters, two drain tap holes, each of which is made in quick-replaceable bricks in boxes, burners and gas duct, wherein the welded frame has a lining of four rows of light brick and two layers of sheet asbestos cardboard laid in the frame under the bottom of the storage bath and the inclined platform, wherein heat insulation between duct and each wall consists of three layers of sheet asbestos cardboard, accumulation bath and inclined platform are made of bottom blocks, laid on two heat-insulating mullite glass-fiber layers, and have a padding of dry quartz sand, one drain tap is located in the side wall, and the other one – in the rear wall, gas duct is made in rear wall, wherein in each side wall there are two injection three-row 30-mixing medium-pressure burners directed at an angle to the inclined platform, the hearth and at an angle to the furnace axis, respectively, furnace is equipped with device for lifting and lowering shutter of working window of furnace with electric drive, two lined turning bowls with lined gutters welded to them, made with possibility of turning through angle of 140° for pouring metal into pouring equipment, located in sector with angle of 140°, economizer and two-stage dust-and-gas cleaning system consisting of mixing chamber, two smoke exhausters, gas cleaning unit and scrubber.;EFFECT: simplified design, low heat losses and possibility of ecologically clean remelt of scrap.;7 cl, 10 dwg
