Filters, valve commutator, electric energy accumulator. Comparator, microprocessor system, control panel. Quadrature signal generator, current sources, driver units, unit for quality control of generated electric power. In addition, a cooled medium temperature sensor is introduced, the output of which is connected to the input of an analogue-to-digital converter with a microprocessor. Output of the latter is connected with control panel 3rd input.
