FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely in oncology, and concerns brush-biopsy devices of distal portion of common bile duct in severe group of patients with malignant strictures of distal portion of common bile duct. Device includes working part and guide element. Device is made in form of monolithic flexible plastic housing with working part with length of 20–35 mm, provided with semilunar and cone-shaped teeth 1.5–3.5 mm high, rounded niches with diameter of 1.5–3 mm and depth of 0.5–1 mm, located on both sides of cone-shaped teeth, on the distal end of the working part of which, on the side opposite to the teeth, there are two guide projections with length of 1.7–2.5 mm in cross section, which are a semi-circle with diameter of 2.8–4.2 mm and with angle of 140–180°.;EFFECT: device for brush-biopsy of distal portion of common bile duct is proposed.;1 cl, 2 dwg
