FIELD: aviation.;SUBSTANCE: pilot's helmet comprises helmet, light filter with movable mounting brackets. Helical part of the helmet is made with a viewing slot closed in front by a protective glass, opposite which at angle of 45° to line of sight an upper refracting optical element is installed, and between the pilot's eyes and the light filter parallel to the line of sight, a lower refracting optical element is installed, which is made with possibility of rotation and installation to the sighting line at angle of 45°, wherein to outer side of lower refracting element is fixed a lead plate, and between the upper and lower refracting elements a mode switching mechanism is fixed, consisting of a power supply unit, a frame, an ionisation analyser sensor mounted in the frontal part of the helmet under the protective glass, a protection activation unit and a retracting electromagnet.;EFFECT: reduced degree of ionizing radiation on pilot's eyes, possibility of automatic protection of pilot's eyes from ionizing radiation.;4 cl, 6 dwg
