FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to rainwater systems of buildings (embodiments). In the first embodiment, the drainage system includes an insulated drain pipe with a water intake funnel and water discharge therefrom. Insulated drain pipe is connected to the warm air space of the building and/or its communications with provision of air flow towards the water intake funnel. Another embodiment of the invention is a drainage system of a building, comprising a heated gutter with a water intake funnel and water drain therefrom, wherein the drain pipe comprises two parts, namely, a first heat-insulated portion of a drain pipe, which is inclined installed in an attic, and a second part of a downpipe coming down from it inside the building. First part of the insulated part of the drain pipe is connected to the warm air space of the building and/or its communications with provision of air flow in the direction of the water intake funnel.;EFFECT: technical result is improvement of water drains operation.;38 cl, 55 dwg
