FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, can be used in surgical management of cicatricial stenosis of the vocal portion of the larynx in the anterior commissure region. Using CO2 laser in "super pulses" of 3 W power under control of a microscope in the area of an anterior commissure of vocal cords dissecting cicatricial laryngeal tissues, releasing vocal cords and forming a normal laryngeal lumen. Edges of the vocal cords in the incision are treated as follows: submucosal tissues are vaporised by keeping the upper and lower layers of the epithelium of the vocal cords mucosa with dimensions sufficient to close the wound surface. Said layers cover the wound surface edges by fixing them by endolaryngeal sutures.;EFFECT: method enables reducing a probability of recurrence of scar formation and enables to decannulated a patient in an earlier period by using CO2 laser in "super pulses" of 3 W, transection of stenosis tissues with release of vocal cords and subsequent thinning of submucous layers adjoining wound surfaces with further fixation of remaining epithelial layers.;1 cl, 2 ex, 7 dwg
