FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in endodontic treatment of pulpitis and apical periodontitis. Perform instrumental and drug-induced treatment of root canals with their subsequent gutta-percha obturation by hot condensation method. In single-session therapy, gutta-percha pins are used as a root seal impregnated with metal nanoparticles having antimicrobial action without use of a sealer.
