FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of instrument-making, namely to methods of testing angular velocity float-type gyroscopic sensors (AVS). Method of gyro support defect check in float angular velocity gyro sensor comprises the stages whereat AVS is installed on angular setting device that the axis of the gyro supports is horizontal; setting a constant temperature value in the device, different from the gyro nulling temperature; includes an AVS feedback amplifier; setting n angles of the angles of rotation of the angular velocity gyro around the horizontally oriented axis of the gyroscope supports in one direction of the circular scale readings; after setting each angle, measuring an AVS output signal; setting the same n angles of the angles of rotation of the AVS around the horizontally oriented axis of the supports of the gyroscope in the opposite direction of the circular scale readings, after setting each angle, re-measuring the output of the angular velocity sensor; friction angle in supports is found ψn; if ψn ≤ μ during verification, where μ is coefficient of friction coefficient for friction pair of gyro engine supports, conclusion is made on absence of defect of gyroplane supports in angular velocity sensor; if values ψ n decrease in the process of verification, conclusion is made on qualitative development of the gyro support in the angular velocity sensor.;EFFECT: technical result is obtaining evaluation of defect manifestations based on output signals of the AVS measured at stages of its manufacturing and testing.;2 cl, 5 dwg
