FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental maxillofacial surgery. Adult sheep of North Caucasian breed are perforated by jaw cortical plate at apex of alveolar crest of edentulous jaw section by surgical mill with diameter of 2 mm with rotation speed of 1,200 rpm at depth of 5 mm without cooling. A single-stage helical dental implant with diameter of 2.5 mm, length of 10 mm, with torque of 15 N·cm is installed, on the intra-bone part of which a ligature of cotton thread is preliminary wound.;EFFECT: method enables eliminating the mortality of the experimental subjects, obtaining a complete model of peri-implant pathology with a large volume of surrounding tissues accessible for examination.;1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex
