FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in treating investing tissue defects. Disclosed is a hydrogel composition for treating the investing tissue defects by a photodynamic therapy (PDT) comprising Photoditasine as a photosensibiliser, Pluronic F127 as an amphiphilic polymer, dinitrosyl iron complexes with glutathione (DNIC-GL) as a substance promoting regeneration at the cellular level, sodium alginate as a substance promoting regeneration at the tissue level.
