FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery, and can be used to form an internal frame of artificial fistulas of stomach and small intestine for nutrition and decompression. Device for forming an internal frame of artificial fistulas of the stomach and small intestine for nutrition and decompression consists of a tube with an inner lumen sufficient for introducing nutrition into the lumen of the stomach or small intestine and removing excess contents outwards. On the cavity end of the tube, perpendicular to its axis, flexible pressure plates are installed, having free gaps between each other. Total diameter of plates at addition does not exceed external diameter of tube. Adaptation allows simplifying the surgical procedure of the artificial fistula of the stomach and small intestine by facilitating the establishment of the tube into a lumen of the stomach or small intestine. Absence of the need for additional enlargement of the hole size in the gastric wall larger than the outside diameter of the tube outside the clamping plates will allow reducing operation injuries and gastric deformation, which reduces the risk of complications of gastroesophageal reflux.
