FIELD: packaging industry.;SUBSTANCE: system which forms sheet material into packing workpieces includes a converting unit which performs converting functions such as cutting, bending and scoring, on the sheet material, as the sheet material moves through the processing machine in the first direction. Converting unit can be installed on the frame so that the converting unit rises above the support surface. One or more converting tools of the longitudinal head performs converting functions on the sheet material in a first direction, and converting tools of transverse head perform converting functions on sheet material in second direction in order to create packing workpieces.;EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a small and simple processing machine with reduced power consumption, eliminating the need for access to compressed air, reduced cost of process maintenance and reduced idle time related to repair and/or replacement of machine.;24 cl, 18 dwg
