FIELD: manufacturing technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method based on dosed batch of a fluid coating material, in particular a water-based varnish or a solvent-based varnish, from several components. Method includes the following steps: loading components for one dosed batch into a process mixing tank, substantially in predetermined amount for dosed batch, respectively, mixing components in process mixing tank into mixture with preliminary composition, movement of at least part of mixture with preliminary composition from process mixing tank into receiving tank, wherein receiving reservoir is that reservoir, from which fluid cover material is bottled after preparation, determining the actual state of the mixture with the preliminary composition during movement into the receiving container, determining the deviation of the actual state of the mixture with the pre-composition from the predetermined preset state, setting required for achievement of specified state of lapping amount for components, and mixing of lapping amount of components into preliminary mixture when preliminary mixture is already moved from process mixing tank to receiving reservoir.;EFFECT: result is more time-efficient operation of mixing plant.;17 cl, 1 dwg
