METHOD FOR PREPARING A READY-TO-USE COMBINED PCV2 / MYCOPLASMA HYOPNEUMONIAE VACCINE

FIELD: medicine; veterinary science; immunology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to produce a ready-to-use combined pig vaccine. Method of producing an antigen composition involves a step of mixing PCV2 antigen with a pre-formed antigen/adjuvant complex, containing M.hyo antigen adsorbed on aluminum hydroxide, used as an adjuvant. Antigen/adjuvant complex is prepared in advance using the following steps: a) mixing the adjuvant based on aluminum hydroxide and M.hyo antigen in an aqueous carrier at a pH such that aluminum hydroxide used as an adjuvant is positively charged, wherein amount of aluminum hydroxide is from 5 to 25 % wt/wt, and b) incubation of mixture obtained at step a), providing adsorption of M.hyo antigen on aluminum hydroxide used as adjuvant, to form an antigen/adjuvant complex.
