FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. According to tomogram obtained at induction B1  (kT/P) (P is magnetic moment of nanoparticles, k is Boltzmann constant, T is thermodynamic temperature) for each section magnetization M1 is determined, by tomogram obtained at induction B2  (3kT/P), for each section magnetization M2 is determined. According to magnetization M1 there is local temperature of nanoparticles T = PB1/kln(M2/M1), by magnetization M2 there is local concentration of nanoparticles N = (M2/P). Magnetizations M1 and M2 of tissue area are determined by shifts of its tomographic image with change of sign of pulse gradient of tomograph.;EFFECT: method of determining local concentrations and temperatures of magnetic nanoparticles within a living body, which can be used to control the process of nanoparticles transporting to body organs and heating nanoparticles for suppressing new growths by hyperthermia, consists in obtaining tomograms of selected tissue sections with two values of magnetic field induction of the tomograph.;1 cl
