FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic cell for generation of pure hydrogen from natural hydrocarbon fuel containing proton conducting ceramic electrolyte and layers of electrodes from same material with nickel additive. Cell is characterized by that electrolyte and electrodes are based on lanthanum scandate doped with strontium.;EFFECT: technical result achieved by the invention consists in simplification of direct conversion of hydrocarbon fuel to pure hydrogen at operation of cell in reducing and carbon-containing atmospheres, for example, such as methane and hydrogen, and improvement of chemical resistance of cell in specified atmospheres.;1 cl, 4 dwg
