FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed are a system and a method for cell lyophilization. Proposed system comprises nitrogen feed device with increased temperature, lyophilization working chamber and gas discharge device. Feeder is configured to supply gaseous nitrogen at temperature of -196 °C into working lyophilization chamber, working lyophilization chamber is configured to operate at a temperature suitable for placing a sample of the cell frozen with liquid nitrogen, and the gas outlet device is configured to remove gaseous nitrogen and gaseous water. Method involves placing a sample of the cell into a working lyophilization chamber, heating the lyophilization working chamber and continuously feeding gaseous nitrogen into it at a temperature of -196 °C, continuously removing gaseous nitrogen and gaseous water and completing the lyophilization process.;EFFECT: inventions provide absence of cell damage with simultaneous safety and high efficiency of the process.;10 cl, 3 dwg
