FIELD: gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: application area: heat engineering and gas equipment, in particular, gas mixing air heaters with forced air supply, used for heating of premises (warehouses, cattle-breeding, production, greenhouses), as well as for technological processes of drying, steaming, and so forth. Air heater of heat-generating mixing contains housing, combustion chamber with burner installed in it, external shell located around combustion chamber, part of which performs function of mixing chamber of combustion products with secondary air. In air heater there is used automatic block pre-mixing burner, part of combustion chamber, in which flare is formed, is closed by steel shell, and installed in annular clearance between outer shell and combustion chamber curvilinear partition is made in form of screw, forming spiral channel for passage of main flow of heated air in direction across flame propagation direction, wherein between the housing and the outer shell a gap is provided for the auxiliary air flow passage.;EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of air heater.;1 cl, 3 dwg
