The present invention discloses a white wine containing a Chinese berry grape and its preparation method. The preparation process of the present invention is characterized in that: the raw wolfberries are baked to produce a full-bodied aroma of the Chinese berry grape; the edible alcohol and the white wine containing the Chinese berry grape of the present invention are adopted as the wine base for watering wine; and sorghum, millet bran and rice husks are added as additives to the white wine containing the Chinese berry grape. The fruit wine containing a Chinese berry grape and the white wine containing a Chinese berry grape of the present invention have a light alcohol content and a full-bodied aroma, retain the nutritional and medicinal value of the Chinese berry grape and are easily fully absorbed by the human body.
