Thin glass is increasingly used in laminates. However, conventional processing methods are flawed when applied to very thin glass. This invention provides an improved method for laminating thin glass. A male full-surface printing plate, which includes a curved glass plate, is used in the lamination process to prevent wrinkles and other defects. The printing plate is made using conventional glass bending methods.
