Building new character set symbols from partial considerations

Techniques for building a full set of divided content are provided only based on partial considerations of the divided content. With regard to a character set, the subdivisions can comprise certain letters or symbols or pictorial characters in an alphabet. On the basis of partial considerations of a subset of symbols from a character set, a complete set of the symbols corresponding to the character set can be constructed and further decorated.
