The present invention relates to a transdermal delivery system (TDS) comprising at least one aromatase inhibitor, the at least one aromatase inhibitor being present in a supersaturated matrix which contains at least one polymer from the class of silicones. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the TDS according to the invention and the use of the TDS according to the invention.
