The invention discloses a method for improving the modeling speed of a digital slice scanner belonging to the field of microscopy technology in order to improve the speed and quality of the currently used focus plane modeling method, on the one hand the modeling speed is slow due to the demands on the image quality; on the other hand, since the focal position of the model point is different during the modeling and scanning, the quality of the image will deteriorate, that is, the requirements for the stage movement repeatability will be higher, the invention performs modeling and scanning imaging in units of scan -Lines and performs modeling and scan imaging of the next scan line, after the current scan line modeling and scan is completed, the next line modeling uses the time from the current line to the end of the line and reverses returns to the beginning of the next line where modeling is complete, thereby parallelizing the modeling time with the scan linefeed process, effectively reducing the equivalent modeling time.
