Disclosed is a method for improving the modeling speed of a digital slice scanner, belonging to the technical field of microscopy and used for improving the speed and quality of a focal plane modeling method adopted at present. On one hand, the modeling speed is slow due to the requirement of image quality; and on the other hand, because focal plane positions of a model point are different during modelling and during scanning imaging, the image quality is degraded, that is to say, the repeated precision of the movement of a stage is higher. In the present invention, an image is modelled and scanned with a scanning line band as the unit, and the modeling and scanning imaging of the next line band are carried out after the current line band is modeled and scanned, wherein the modeling of the next line band utilizes the time to line wrap from the end of the line of the current line band and return to the head of the line of the next line band, during which the modeling is completed, so that the modeling time is parallel to the scanning line wrapping process and the equivalent modeling time is effectively reduced.
