Security certificate management and reporting of misbehaving vehicles in vehicle-to-everything communication (V2X communication)

Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods, devices, storage media and systems for a device located at an edge of a vehicle communication network or vehicles within a coverage area of the device. The device is intended to generate a list of vehicle safety data to be distributed to vehicles currently in a coverage area of the device based at least in part on a context relating to the vehicles. The device is also intended to announce on a control channel, which couples the device and the vehicles in terms of communication, that the list of vehicle safety data is available, and to announce a service channel for receiving the list of vehicle safety data. The list of vehicle safety data is to be made available to the vehicles via the service channel. Other embodiments can be described and claimed.
