PROCEDURES AND PREPARATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF PRACTICAL ANALYSIS IN CONTINUING PROCESSES

Procedures and devices for the implementation of predictive analyses in continuous processes are revealed. An exemplary device has a control of virtual batch units to implement a sample margin on a virtual batch unit. The sample margin corresponds to a discrete period of a continuous control process. The virtual batch unit contains input and output parameters corresponding to the parameters associated with the continuous control process. The exemplary device also has a sample analyser for generating predictive analytical information,which, based on an analysis of the sample margin according to an analysis model, indicate a predicted quality of the end products of the continuous control process at the end of the discrete period.
