Hand-cutting device (1) for cutting a leaf-like or bandage-like section of fruit or vegetables, comprising:a frame part (2) having a hole (21) extending through the frame part (2);a base (4) which is located on the frame part (2) and can be rotated relativ e to the frame part (2), the frame part (2) being designed to absorb the fruit or vegetables by at least partially surrounding the fruit or vegetables; so that the hole (21) is adjacent to a first side of the fruit or vegetables and the base (4) is adjacent to a second side of the fruit or vegetables opposite the first side;a thorn (3) which is arranged to cut through the fruit or vegetables and is designed to extend through the borehole (21) of the frame (2) into the base (4) of the frame (2), so that the fruit or vegetables are attached to the frame part (2), when the thorn (3) pierces the fruit or vegetables and extends through the borehole (21) into the base (4), the thorn (3) having a longitudinal axis;an elastic element; anda blade (8) mounted over the elastic element on the frame part (2), with the elastic element pushing a cutting edge (81) of the blade (8) towards the fruit or vegetables, which is attached to the frame part (2), so that a rotation of the base (4) causes the blade (8) to cut the fruit or vegetables.
