a food oven comprising a box housing with a support frame for a baking chamber,where the housing has a front side with an access hatch to the furnace's baking chamber,where the frame on the front side surrounds the circumference profile of the opening of the baking chamber,where the frame comprises a pair of faces extending along the vertical sides of the opening and facing each other laterally,where the aspirations are connected to their respective upper ends by a support of the frame, characterized by:along each vertical face, a tube-shaped channel is provided, which is located within the enclosure close to the front, to direct an air stream that discharges part of the heat generated by the baking chamber and acting on the front side, reducing the surface temperature reached at the front, andthat the vertical pipelines are connected to a pipeline extending along the upper carrier and situated within the enclosure close to the front side, with the upper horizontal pipeline having bores of passage provided for in a central section for the outlet of the cooling air flow; are transported along the vertical pipeline and the horizontal pipeline; andthat it contains ventilation equipment suitable for creating a forced circulation of air within each duct.
