Device for the automatic determination of the movement space and independent optimisation of the driving behaviour of a moving vehicle in action with load in dynamic production and logistics environments
Device for the automatic determination of the range of motion of a moving vehicle in action and independent optimisation of driving behaviour with load in dynamic production and logistics environments, having the following characteristics:(a) the unladen transport vehicle, hereinafter referred to as FTF, carries transport goods (11) by means of a lift carrier plate (10),whereby surveillance rooms 35 are calculated according to their own speed;(b) a pressure sensitive sensor plate (2) is located between at least one carrier (1) and the lifting carrier plate (10), recording the position of the carrier 1 and the focus of the load 11 on the FTF.(c) the FTF shall carry around at least one or more 3D image sensors. This includes the FTF monitoring rooms 35.(d) the actuators integrated into the sensor plate 2 (19) automatically stabilise the driving status of the entire FTFs in the event of a shift in the centre of gravity.
