Mold-resistant and antibacterial wood panel, comprising two solid wood panels (1), a core panel made of fir or spruce wood (2), glue layers (4) and melamine resin-soaked paper (3), wherein a solid wood panel (1) is arranged on the top and underside of the core plate made of fir or spruce wood (2) and the melamine resin-impregnated paper (3) is arranged on the outside of the respective solid wood panel (1); and the core plate made of fir or spruce wood (2) and the solid wood plates (1) are each connected to one another by a layer of glue (4); in which the glue layer (4) consists of soybean glue.
