Noise abatement device, comprising a plate body (1),characterized by the fact that an outer frame (8) is provided on the outside of the plate body (1), provided in the outer frame (8) glass mounting cases (11), where the glass mounting cases (11) are provided as two groups, and where an intermediate space is arranged between the two groups of glass mounting cases (11) where there is a dense connection between the glass mounting enclosures (11), a cavity formed between the two groups of glass mounting enclosures (11) is a vacuum cavity (12), where a viewing window (5) is formed between the vacuum cavity (12) and the two groups of glass mounting enclosures (11);where the viewing window (5) is mounted in a medium position of the plate body (1), two groups of acoustic chambers (13) are formed between the interior of the outer frame (8) and the two groups of glass mounting cases (11), where the soundproofing chamber (13) is fitted with a soundproofing cotton (14) and soundproofing cotton (10), with a mounting frame (3) at the bottom of the panel body (1).
