The invention relates to a workbench for guitar, adjustable for all instrument sizes and making it possible to safely carry out maintenance and upkeep of the instrument in a horizontal position without risk of damaging it. The workbench consists of a horizontal support (1) in the shape of a T on three feet (2) with two independent box poses (6), a handle poses (7) and a handle stop (5) which are each adjustable in position relative to the support (1). Mechanical connections (9) ensure the adjustment and locking of the various elements on the support (1) while preserving parallelism and perpendicularity. The two box fittings (6) are equipped with a fork with right angles which can be oriented on their axes and the handle fitting (7) is equipped with a round fork adjustable in height. The neck stopper (5) holds the instrument in the body poses (6). The forks (6) and (7) as well as the stop (5) are overmolded or sheathed with a protective material so as not to damage the instrument. The workbench can be fixed on a cross trestle to facilitate accessibility. The workbench for guitar according to the invention is particularly intended for all maintenance work on string instruments such as acoustic, electric or bass guitar.
