Neutral hydrogel and its surface treatment

The aqueous gel has a pH value between 5 and 9 and comprises at least one water-insoluble liquid organic compound, -At least one cellulose based high hydroxylated particle compound with an average dispersion of less than 100 microns, an average size of all greater than 100 nanometers, at least one protein stabilizer and at least 25% water. The surface treatment method ((, 10, 20) uses an aqueous gel containing at least 25% water.The apparent pH value is between 5-9, containing at least one organic solvent. In an embodiment, the gel used contains at least 40% water, the gel used contains at least one non-aqueous organic solvent, and the gel used contains an emulsifier selected from the non-aqueous strongly hydroxylated particles. The gel emulsifier consists of cellulose derived particles or silica particles or a mixture of the two.
