Shoe with automatic lacing, comprising: a sole assembly surmounted by a rod; a single lace for tightening the upper by bringing two upper regions closer together; electrically actuated lace tightening means arranged in fairings located on the opposite lateral parts of the upper, and capable of being selectively triggered by the user to tighten or loosen the laces; characterized in that the set of laces comprises: a single lace, a first end of which is anchored on a first region of the upper at a point A, the first lace passing over the foot to form a semicircle towards the outside around the first cylinder which is in the opposite part of the rod, that is to say the external lateral part, then leaves again to be inserted at a point B located downstream of point A on the same rod region; from point B, the lace passing over the foot leaves to be inserted into the second upper region at a point C, comes out and passes over the foot to form a semicircle outwards around the second cylinder which is located in the opposite rod part, that is to say the inner lateral part, and ends up going to anchor its second end at a point D, located on the same rod region.
