The invention relates to a steamer head (1) with a swivel sole, comprising a body (3), a sole (2) cooperating with the body (3) and comprising steam holes (21) through which steam can be ejected, and an articulation block (4) for pivotally coupling the sole (2) to the body (3). The articulation block (4) comprises a first articulation block part (4a) and a second articulation block part (4b) which are pivotally coupled. The first part of articulation block (4a) is fixed relative to the sole (2) and the second part of articulation block (4b) is mounted in the body (3).
