The subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing prefabricated slabs by pouring concrete or the like on a decking (1), characterized in that it comprises at least one step before the pouring of the concrete, during which it is positioned on the decking (1) a matrix (2) profiled along a relief (a, b, c, d, e) and completely covering the decking, so that after setting the concrete and demoulding the slab, the underside of the panel is printed with said relief of said matrix. The subject of the invention is also the prefabricated concrete slabs thus obtained, as well as an installation for implementing the method.
