The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a composite panel, in particular in a turbomachine, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a) producing a first wall, a second wall, a third wall and a fourth wall in composite materials comprising an oxide matrix and long oxide fibers, b) from the first and second walls, producing a cellular core (12) comprising a plurality of cells (18), each cell (18) comprising a first end and a second opposite end, c) covering said first and second ends of the cells (18) of said cellular core (12) with said third wall and said fourth wall (26), respectively, so as to close the ends of said cells (18).
