The invention applies to the field of the tricycle and comprises: an exoskeleton chassis (1) supporting two arms (3) oscillating thanks to a transverse pivot axis (2). an embedded transmission (6) and its transmission shaft (7) in pivot axis (2) driving each wheel individually via the swinging arms (3). The space between the wheels is freed. a damping assembly, the support point (17) of the chassis (1) of which is movable on a curved rail (14) integral with the chassis. A pothole profile (12) and end stops (13) adjust the tilt. Geometrically, the load point remains vertical, the shock absorbers (15 and 16) maintain operating symmetry improving the connection to the ground.
