A) Wind Turbine with Alternative Movement allowing the use of weak winds. B) It is composed of several pendulums oscillating parallel side by side but in an opposite or offset manner whose movement is triggered by the difference in pressure exerted by the wind on the flat surfaces carried by each pendulum at their top and which offer a surface exposed to the wind or in profile thanks to their movable shutters which constitute their entire surface and whose synchronized opening is alternated. The pendulums are all connected to their base by a push hinge system to the same crankshaft which makes all the pendulums interdependent. The crankshaft is then connected to a mechanical variator which adapts the rotation. C) The design of this wind turbine makes it possible to obtain a very large surface of exposure to the wind as well as a large lever arm which allows it to use low winds. D) This wind turbine is intended for all uses of a wind turbine. E) Figure for the abstract: Figure 3 page 12
