The present invention relates to a turbine (1000) with a vertical axis of rotation comprising at least one rotor (1340) configured to rotate along a first vertical axis of rotation, at least one support arm (1200a, 1200b, 1200c) being integral with said rotor ( 1340) and carrying at least one rigging system (1100a, 1100b, 1100c), the turbine (1000) being characterized in that the rigging system (1100a, 1100b, 1100c) comprises: ○ at least one upper mast configured to carry in part at least one upper sail; ○ at least one lower mast configured to partially carry at least one lower sail; ○ at least one orientation system configured to allow at least part of the rigging system (1100a, 1100b, 1100c) to rotate according to an amplitude of rotation around a second vertical axis of rotation relative to said carrying arm (1200a, 1200b, 1200c).
