It consists in printing a first surface S1 which can be both the structures 111, 121 and following as well as the set 2 of the separation surfaces between these structures, with an ink or a varnish M1, and in lowering the surface tension of this ink or varnish M1 so that it becomes lower than that of the printing medium, before printing the next layer which is then strongly repelled by the surface S1
