USE OF MICRORNA MIR-27A-5P TO TREAT CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICULT INTESTINAL INFLAMMATION

The present inventors have identified a miRNA capable of strongly modulating the inflammatory response induced by Clostridium difficile. They therefore propose to incorporate this miRNA into a pharmaceutical composition to prevent or reduce the deleterious effects of this infection on the intestines of infected patients. This microRNA is the miR-27a-5p. Advantageously, this miRNA can be associated with a matrix, incorporated into particles, or carried by a vector. It can be administered to infected people for therapeutic purposes.
