Device for locking and unlocking the forced closing system of the air flow restrictor valve which was the subject of patent N ° 1104056. The invention relates to a device for compressing the actuator (s) actuating the forced closure of the "flow restrictor valve" using a specific tool (5). The invention also makes it possible, conversely, to relax the jack or jacks in order to unlock the forced closing device. It consists of a star-shaped latch with three branches (1) fixed by a central axis (2) between two cylinder supports (3) and a cam (4), also fixed by an axis between the two jack supports, allowing the latch to be kept in a closed or open position as required. A specific tool (5) of complementary shape to one of the three branches of the latch (1) makes it possible to force the rotation of the latch in order to compress the actuator (s) and thus lock the forced closure system. Its unlocking is done by pulling on the lever of the cam (4), which, thanks to a rotational movement around its axis, releases the latch and therefore the jack (s). Figure for the abstract: Fig. 1
